The Cluster cordially invites you to its Student Orientation Event, to be held on January 12th, 2024, at the Central European University Auditorium, Quellenstrasse 51, 1100 Vienna. This informative event offers an excellent opportunity for you to learn more about the Cluster and the resources and support available to help you excel in your academic pursuits. The event will run from 13:00 to 14:30h.

During the event, you will have the opportunity to:

• Listen to presentations from the Cluster's Board of Directors members, Melanie Malzahn and Tijana Krstić, who will provide valuable insights into the Cluster's mission and vision.
• Gain an in-depth understanding of the Cluster's research focus and goals, and how it can support your academic pursuits. 
• Discover the numerous opportunities and benefits available to members of the Cluster, including exclusive events and networking opportunities.
• Learn about upcoming events, such as poster sessions, conferences, and workshops, where you can showcase your work and connect with like-minded individuals.
• Ask questions and receive first-hand information from the Cluster's leadership team during a live Q&A session.

The aim of the Student Orientation Event is to provide you with a roadmap and valuable connections as you embark on your academic journey. We are also interested in gathering thoughts on how the Cluster can facilitate collaboration among students across insitutional boundaries and contribute to their training and professional development.

The event will be held in person at the Central European University Auditorium. However, for those unable to attend in person, we will also be hosting a virtual option where you can join online. Please contact Eleonora Crola at crolae@ceu.edu for prior registration.
